Deputizing for His Majesty King Abdullah II, HRH Prince Marred, in the presence of the Royal Family members, patronized the ceremony of distributing the Amman International Marathons awards at King Al Hussein Park. HRH Prince Firas bin Raad, Chairman of the Board of Trustees said of the Amman International Marathon that the organization of this Marathon came to mark 10th Anniversary of His Majesty King Abdullahs Accession to the throne and Amman centennial anniversary to attract the attention of the world and promote the Jordan tourism. The organization of the marathon, HRH said, would not be achieved without the unlimited support of His Majesty the King and the Greater Amman Municipality, associations and the support institutions, noting that the participants regardless their ages embodied aspiration of our beloved Jordan
